The real genocide. Aborted babies discovered in DC may indicate infanticide after attempted abortions

If we honored each baby aborted since 1973 with a moment of silence

By Sam Dorman

WARNING: This article contains disturbing images.

Physician experts have told Live Action News that five aborted children recovered from a D.C. apartment appear to have been viable human beings, raising questions about potential legal and serious ethical violations by the abortion clinic.

Dr. Robin Pierucci, a neonatal specialist, told Live Action News: “I can say with confidence that these babies died at an age when they were viable, premature people.” In her Friday morning comments, she noted that she was going to work in a NICU where she would “care for little ones this size and age.”

During a Thursday press conference, D.C. police quickly dismissed the possibility that the babies experienced illegal abortions but declined to comment further when asked by Live Action News. Although D.C. doesn’t ban late-term abortions, medical professionals are still bound by federal laws which restrict the method of abortion and require life-saving care for infants born after botched procedures.

Lifesaving care is something Dr. Cesare Santangelo, who operates the facility where the discarded babies were discovered, has already said repeatedly that he either doesn’t provide or avoids.

A pro-life activist voluntarily informed the D.C. homicide unit of the babies and surrendered them to authorities. Details are forthcoming but the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) group, to which this activist belongs, believes the “late gestational ages as well as their apparent sustained injuries potentially show violations of the Partial Birth Abortion Act as well as the Born Alive Infants Protection Act.” The group also announced that a funeral mass and naming ceremony was offered for the babies.

Live Action president and founder Lila Rose said in response,  “The discovery of these bodies is horrific and disturbing evidence of the infanticide that may be occurring in this clinic within our nations’ capital, and indicative of the violence happening in abortion facilities nationwide.”

Proclamation on National Sanctity of Human Life Day, 2021

If we honored each baby aborted since 1973 with a moment of silence...
If we honored each baby aborted since 1973 with a moment of silence…

Law & Justice

Every human life is a gift to the world.  Whether born or unborn, young or old, healthy or sick, every person is made in the holy image of God.  The Almighty Creator gives unique talents, beautiful dreams, and a great purpose to every person.  On National Sanctity of Human Life Day, we celebrate the wonder of human existence and renew our resolve to build a culture of life where every person of every age is protected, valued, and cherished.

This month, we mark nearly 50 years since the United States Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision.  This constitutionally flawed ruling overturned State laws that banned abortion, and has resulted in the loss of more than 50 million innocent lives.  But strong mothers, courageous students, and incredible community members and people of faith are leading a powerful movement to awaken America’s conscience and restore the belief that every life is worthy of respect, protection, and care.  Because of the devotion of countless pro-life pioneers, the call for every person to recognize the sanctity of life is resounding more loudly in America than ever before.  Over the last decade, the rate of abortions has steadily decreased, and today, more than three out of every four Americans support restrictions on abortion.

Since my first day in office, I have taken historic action to protect innocent lives at home and abroad.  I reinstituted and strengthened President Ronald Reagan’s Mexico City Policy, issued a landmark pro-life rule to govern the use of Title Ten taxpayer funding, and took action to protect the conscience rights of doctors, nurses, and organizations like the Little Sisters of the Poor.  My Administration has protected the vital role of faith-based adoption.  At the United Nations, I made clear that global bureaucrats have no business attacking the sovereignty of nations that protect innocent life.  Just a few months ago, our Nation also joined 32 other countries in signing the Geneva Consensus Declaration, which bolsters global efforts to provide better healthcare to women, protect all human life, and strengthen families.

As a Nation, restoring a culture of respect for the sacredness of life is fundamental to solving our country’s most pressing problems.  When each person is treated as a beloved child of God, individuals can reach their full potential, communities will flourish, and America will be a place of even greater hope and freedom.  That is why it was my profound privilege to be the first President in history to attend the March for Life, and it is what motives my actions to improve our Nation’s adoption and foster care system, secure more funding for Down syndrome research, and expand health services for single mothers.  Over the past 4 years, I have appointed more than 200 Federal judges who apply the Constitution as written, including three Supreme Court Justices — Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.  I also increased the child tax credit, so that mothers are financially supported as they take on the noble task of raising strong and healthy children.  And, recently, I signed an Executive Order on Protecting Vulnerable Newborn and Infant Children, which defends the truth that every newborn baby has the same rights as all other individuals to receive life-saving care.

The United States is a shining example of human rights for the world.  However, some in Washington are fighting to keep the United States among a small handful of nations — including North Korea and China — that allow elective abortions after 20 weeks.  I join with countless others who believe this is morally and fundamentally wrong, and today, I renew my call on the Congress to pass legislation prohibiting late-term abortion.

Since the beginning, my Administration has been dedicated to lifting up every American, and that starts with protecting the rights of the most vulnerable in our society — the unborn.  On National Sanctity of Human Life Day, we promise to continue speaking out for those who have no voice.  We vow to celebrate and support every heroic mother who chooses life.  And we resolve to defend the lives of every innocent and unborn child, each of whom can bring unbelievable love, joy, beauty, and grace into our Nation and the entire world.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim January 22, 2021, as National Sanctity of Human Life Day.  Today, I call on the Congress to join me in protecting and defending the dignity of every human life, including those not yet born.  I call on the American people to continue to care for women in unexpected pregnancies and to support adoption and foster care in a more meaningful way, so every child can have a loving home.  And finally, I ask every citizen of this great Nation to listen to the sound of silence caused by a generation lost to us, and then to raise their voices for all affected by abortion, both seen and unseen.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of January, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-one, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fifth.

DONALD J. TRUMP

Tens of thousands of christians gather to pray in Washington: “We are One Nation Under God”

Franklin Graham’s inaugural Prayer March
Franklin Graham’s inaugural Prayer March

By Steven Ertelt

Tens of thousands of Christians from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C. today to for Franklin Graham’s inaugural Prayer March. Coming from far and wide they assembled together in the nation’s capitol today to pray for the nation.

Franklin Graham, son of the American evangelist preacher Billy Grahamannounced on Twitter his spearheading of the Prayer March on Aug. 8, calling it a necessary event for a nation “in trouble.”

“There are lots of loud voices these days,” Stephen Rhoads, vice president of church ministries for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. The group wants to “have a peaceful, holy moment of consecration and repentance to heal our land,” said Rhoads.

Before the event today, Graham said, “We need to be the United States of America, not the divided states of America.”

He said he is worried about the rise of socialism and secularism in America.

I’m just concerned that the people in this country don’t realize that the left, the socialists, want this country to look like Cuba… like Venezuela,” he said.

The only hope for this country is God. It’s not Republicans or Democrats,” Graham said. “Only hope is God and if we as Christians don’t pray for God’s help, he may just let this country fail.

And tens of thousands of Christians today had a unifying uplifting moment as they gathered for prayer and reflected, led in part by Vice President Mike Pence.

In these challenging times we do well as you do today to remember that in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving that we are to present our requests to God,” the vice president said. “And we can claim the promise that the Peace of God that passes all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as His grace has through the generations of this nation.”

Joe Biden supports killing babies in abortion up to birth. The Liberal Media is trying to hide it

By Dave Andrusko

Joe Biden supports killing babies in abortion up to birth
Joe Biden supports killing babies in abortion up to birth

If the stakes weren’t so high, it would be almost amusing. On those rare occasions when he is allowed to speak, pro-abortion former Vice President Joe Biden throws everything including the kitchen sink and the garden hose at pro-life President Donald Trump. Not a peep, not even a raised eyebrow from the media. That’s okay (anything’s okay), because anything hostile said about President Trump is treated as if there is no other opinion.

By contrast, in a July 17 speech delivered at Ripon College, pro-life Vice President Mike Pence labeled Biden for what he is—an abortion extremist—but these are “attacks,” “exaggerated claims,” and (worst of all for Biden-supporting reporters) is “drawing sharp contrasts.” (To be clear, the two are virtually 180 degrees apart on almost all issues of consequence. The public truly will have a choice.)

So, what did Mr. Pence say about Mr. Biden? Drawing from the transcript posted at www.whitehouse.gov, after stating that “I couldn’t be more proud to be Vice President to a President who has stood without apology for the sanctity of human life,” Mr. Pence said

By contrast, Joe Biden supports taxpayer funding of abortion, repealing the Hyde Amendment, ending a Mexico City policy that prevents federal funding from supporting abortions around the world. And Joe Biden even supports late-term abortion — allowing innocent, unborn children to be aborted right up to the moment of birth.

If you read the Newsweek account, you couldn’t miss that Benjamin Fearnow’s primary purpose is to manipulate, obscure, and misread what Biden has said (or recommended in documents such as the “Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force”) so as to come to the conclusion that what Pence said was nothing more than “aggressive claims.”

(As an aside Fearnow states, “He [Pence] did little to tout President Donald Trump’s own re-election campaign ….” That is flatly untrue, not even close to being true, and just sloppy, sloppy journalism.)

Keep up with the latest pro-life news and information on Twitter.

Read the following paragraphs from Fearnow’s story carefully:

But despite Pence’s aggressive claims, Biden has only publicly expressed support for the codification of Roe v. Wade into federal law, and he only recently announced he no longer supports the Hyde Amendment that banned the use of federal funds for abortion except in rare cases. …

But health experts say that just because someone supports abortion rights, it doesn’t mean they back “extreme late-term abortions.” One expert told the Washington Post after Trump’s March claim that the concept of “abortion up until the moment of birth” is not rooted in reality.

So (1) Biden dumped his support for the Hyde Amendment last year, the day after reaffirming his support, when the Abortion Industry laid the hammer to him. Suddenly, Biden discovered that the public paying for elective abortions was a kind of moral mandate.

(2) “Doesn’t mean they back ‘extreme late-term abortions.’” But Biden does! He refuses to stake out any territory that abortionists are forbidden from entering. None.

(3) “Codification of Roe” is the catch phrase euphemism pro-abortion Democrats employ as shorthand for eliminating any and all limitations on abortion and—AND—compelling taxpayers to pay for elective abortions. Before the Hyde Amendment went into effect, we paid for 300,000+ abortions each year—and the number was increasing!

President Donald Trump finalizes rule confirming abortion is not a human right

By Micaiah Bilger

The Trump administration finalized another pro-life regulation Monday, this one to clarify that the definition of sex discrimination in Obamacare does not include abortions.

The new rule officially ends a 2016 regulation from the Obama administration that could have forced medical workers to help abort unborn babies. It restores the government’s interpretation of sex discrimination to “the plain meaning … as determined by biology,” according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

HHS respects the dignity of every human being, and as we have shown in our response to the pandemic, we vigorously protect and enforce the civil rights of all to the fullest extent permitted by our laws as passed by Congress,” said Roger Severino, director of the Office for Civil Rights at HHS. “We are unwavering in our commitment to enforcing civil rights in healthcare.”

In 2016, the Obama administration redefined sex discrimination under Obamacare to include “termination of pregnancy.” Federal courts struck down the regulation, but it still was on the books. The Trump administration’s action Monday repeals the unconstitutional regulation.

Pro-life leaders praised President Donald Trump’s continued actions for life.

President Trump is the most pro-life president our nation has ever seen, and today he delivered another important victory for conscience in America. Abortion is not health care and should never be mandated by the government,” said Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “We thank President Trump and Secretary Azar for standing firmly on the side of the majority of Americans who reject taxpayer funding of abortion, and for the action taken today to roll back the Obama/Biden-era assault on conscience.”

Catholic Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann, chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities, also celebrated the news.

We thank the Department of Health and Human Services for promulgating regulations restoring the long-standing position of the federal government that discrimination on the basis of ‘sex’ means just that and does not refer to ‘termination of pregnancy’ nor ‘gender identity,’” Naumann said in a statement joined by Archbishop Paul S. Coakley of Oklahoma City and Bishop David A. Konderla of Tulsa.

The Catholic leaders said the regulation will restore pro-life health care providers’ rights and protect their religious freedom.

Catholic health care providers serve everyone who comes to them, regardless of characteristics or background. However, there are ethical considerations when it comes to procedures. We greatly appreciate today’s important action,” the bishops said.

The new rule strengthens religious freedom. The Heritage Foundation’s senior research fellow Ryan T. Anderson, who submitted comments on the HHS rule, explained previously:

When Congress passed the Affordable Care Act, it prohibited discrimination on the basis of ‘sex.’ Several years later, the Obama administration redefined ‘sex’ to mean … termination of pregnancy. In addition to being an unlawful abuse of agency power, these rules would have caused serious harm.”

They would have required doctors, hospitals, and health care organizations to act in ways contrary to their best medical judgments, their consciences, and the physical realities of their patients, or face steep fines and become easy targets for unreasonable and costly lawsuits.”

It is just one of many pro-life actions by the Trump administration. In 2019, it also created a new regulation to enforce conscience protections by punishing medical groups that discriminate against pro-life medical workers. Two federal judges invalidated the rule after pro-abortion groups filed suit, but doctors and medical professionals are fighting back.

Last year, the Trump administration also came to the aid of a Vermont nurse after she said her employer, the University of Vermont Medical Center, tricked her into participating in an abortion against her will by telling her it was a miscarriage.

Planned Parenthood says Kanye West was ignorant when claiming they were placed in cities by white supremacists to “do the devil’s work.”Kanye recently spoke to Forbes for a four-hour rambling interview where he spoke about his Presidential run, him no longer supporting Trump, and his view on Planned Parenthood.

He said he believes Planned Parenthood “have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work.” On abortion, he said, “I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the bible. (Read more from “Kanye West Says Planned Parenthood Does the ‘Devil’s Work‘” HERE)

Aborted fetal tissue in vaccines: Babies are born ALIVE at 5-6 months old with beating hearts and No anesthesia

Aborted Fetal Tissue in Vaccines Babies Are Born ALIVE at 5-6 Months Old with Beating Hearts and No Anesthesia
Aborted Fetal Tissue in Vaccines Babies Are Born ALIVE at 5-6 Months Old with Beating Hearts and No Anesthesia

This is a very important interview between Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Theresa Deisher regarding the use of human fetal tissue to culture viruses for vaccines, because Dr. Deisher reveals that human DNA fragments are found in vaccines.

Most of the COVID vaccines being developed are using human fetal tissue to culture the coronavirus.

One of the more interesting questions Mr. Kennedy asked Dr. Deisher was why the manufacturers of vaccines switched from exclusively using animal tissue to culture viruses for vaccines, to start using aborted fetal tissue some years back.

Dr. Deisher’s reply was that the industry we getting a lot of pressure from the animal rights movement to stop using animals for experimentation.

Mr. Kennedy was shocked, and stated:

It’s kind of weird to think that the animal rights activists have more clout with the vaccine companies than do the anti-abortion activists.

Dr. Deisher replied:

They do. And you know what’s really alarming is the lack of outcry over human babies born alive at five to six months old so that their hearts can be obtained beating. And they have to be beating to be used in the research that’s being done.

If the heart has stopped beating, it’s not useful. You cannot use it.

And so these babies are delivered alive, and their hearts cut out without anesthesia.

I wouldn’t do that to a mouse….

by Children’s Health Defense

On June 15th, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. interviewed the founder and president of Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute, Dr. Theresa Deisher, on the use of aborted fetal tissue in vaccines.

Mr. Kennedy and Dr. Deisher covered a wide range of topics including which vaccines contain human fetal tissue, what the existing research tells us in terms of health risks, and what alternatives might be used in place of human DNA in vaccines.

Dr. Deisher is a genetic engineer with over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, from basic human biology through clinical trials.

Dr. Deisher obtained her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from Stanford University and has spent over 20 years in commercial biotechnology.

Prior to founding AVM Biotechnology and Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute (SCPI), she worked with leading biotechnology companies, including Genentech, Repligen, ZymoGenetics, Immunex and Amgen.

Dr. Deisher is an inventor on 23 issued U.S. patents, and her discoveries have led to clinical trials of FGF18 for osteoarthritis and cartilage repair, and for Factor XIII for surgical bleeding.

Dr. Deisher was the first person to discover adult cardiac derived stem cells, and has been a champion of adult stem cell research, both professionally and privately, for two decades.

Dr. Deisher was a plaintiff in the U.S. federal lawsuit to prohibit use of federal tax payer dollars for embryo destructive research, which was instrumental in steering science towards adult stem cell research, which has led to 14 U.S. FDA approved adult stem cell products and the Washington Post Dec 2013 headline “Scientists Go Ethical in 2013.”

AVM Biotechnology is the marquee prolife biotech company worldwide, certifying that it does not use morally illicit material in any process. SCPI’s mission is to end human trafficking in biomedical research.
