Planned Parenthood Officials admit under oath that they sold aborted baby parts

Planned Parenthood and its aborted baby body parts trade

A new video featuring sworn testimony from Planned Parenthood leaders presents evidence that the abortion chain lied to Congress and the media about its aborted baby body parts trade in Texas.

The Center for Medical Progress released the video Thursday, highlighting conflicting statements that the abortion chain made about its Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast affiliate in Texas, The Federalist reports.

When the undercover videos were first released, Planned Parenthood delivered a carefully-constructed script to the public and to the press minimizing their involvement in fetal experimentation–but under oath, their story changes,” CMP founder David Daleiden said.

Initially, Planned Parenthood claimed that its Gulf Coast affiliate does not have a fetal tissue program, only an agreement with the University of Texas to donate placentas to its medical researchers, according to the video.

However, according to 2019 court testimony featured in the CMP video, that is false. The video shows Melissa Farrell, the vice president of research at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, admitting under oath that her affiliate provides the “products of conception in its entirety” – which includes the aborted baby’s body, placenta, umbilical cord and amniotic sac — to the university.

CMP also uncovered contracts showing that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast charged $150 per specimen to the University of Texas.

The new video also shows testimony by Dr. Mary Gatter, a former medical director of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles. Gatter was shown on earlier CMP videos haggling about the cost of aborted baby body parts and saying, “I want a Lamborghini.”

In her sworn testimony, Gatter answered questions about Novogenix Laboratories, LLC, a company that her Planned Parenthood affiliate used to work with to collect aborted baby body parts.

When Gatter was asked if her affiliate had researchers other than the Novogenix company come “to collect” aborted baby parts, she said no at first. However, later she clarified: “Can I just–let me, I’d like to amend that, to say, there is a difference between tissue collection for a big organization, that they collect the tissue – a tissue procurement organization – and a specific research project. Now, we may in fact have been involved in specific research projects, but that’s a whole different category from fetal tissue donation.”

The Center for Medical Progress has exposed a number of troubling statements from Planned Parenthood leaders’ sworn testimonies this year. Among the most horrific was a video released in June showing a Planned Parenthood partner admitting that body parts were harvested from aborted babies who still had beating hearts.

On Wednesday, Planned Parenthood asked a federal judge to seal the court deposition videos so that CMP cannot share them publicly anymore, according to The Federalist.

Daleiden said the billion-dollar abortion chain must be held accountable.

Now we know that Planned Parenthood flagrantly lied to the United States Congress about the extent of its abortion clinics’ criminal trafficking in fetal body parts for experimentation. How long will public officials continue to allow them to get away with it?” he asked.

For years now, Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress have been uncovering shocking details about Planned Parenthood’s abortion practices, including the harvesting of aborted baby body parts for research.

Not only have the Center for Medical Progress investigations raised concerns about potentially illegal sales of human body parts, but they also have uncovered evidence of abortionists allegedly putting women’s lives at greater risk by altering abortion procedures to better harvest aborted baby parts. The investigators also found evidence of possible patient privacy violations.

Planned Parenthood repeatedly has denied all allegations of wrong-doing, and many news outlets now parrot its talking points that the initial Center for Medical Progress videos were deceptively edited or debunked. An independent forensics investigation verified that the videos were authentic.

Some undercover videos show how Planned Parenthood employees callously and flippantly negotiated the price of tiny baby hearts, lungs, livers and brains. Other evidence indicates the abortion giant may have broken HIPAA patient privacy laws.

Meanwhile, Daleiden and other CMP investigators are being prosecuted for their work.

The expose videos catching Planned Parenthood officials selling the body parts of aborted babies have shocked the nation. Here is a list of all 14:

  • In the first video: Dr. Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on baby-crushing: “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
  • In the second video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Mary Gatter joked, “I want a Lamborghini” as she negotiated the best price for baby parts.
  • In the third video: Holly O’Donnell, a former Stem Express employee who worked inside a Planned Parenthood clinic, detailed first-hand the unspeakable atrocities and how she fainted in horror over handling baby legs.
  • In the fourth video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Savita Ginde stated, “We don’t want to do just a flat-fee (per baby) of like, $200. A per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.” She also laughed while looking at a plate of fetal kidneys that were “good to go.”
  • In the fifth video: Melissa Farrell of Planned Parenthood-Gulf Coast in Houston boasted of Planned Parenthood’s skill in obtaining “intact fetal cadavers” and how her “research” department “contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here, you know we’re one of the largest affiliates, our Research Department is the largest in the United States.”
  • In the sixth videoHolly O’Donnell described technicians taking fetal parts without patient consent: “There were times when they would just take what they wanted. And these mothers don’t know. And there’s no way they would know.”
  • In the seventh and perhaps most disturbing video: Holly O’Donnell described the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term fetus aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, CA. “‘You want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”
  • In the eighth video: StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer admits Planned Parenthood sells “a lot of” fully intact aborted babies.
  • The ninth video: catches a Planned Parenthood medical director discussing how the abortion company sells fully intact aborted babies — including one who “just fell out” of the womb.
  • The 10th video: catches the nation’s biggest abortion business selling specific body parts — including the heart, eyes and “gonads” of unborn babies. The video also shows the shocking ways in which Planned Parenthood officials admit that they are breaking federal law by selling aborted baby body parts for profit.
  • Unreleased Videos: Unreleased videos from CMP show Deb Vanderhei of Planned Parenthood caught on tape talking about how Planned Parenthood abortion business affiliates may “want to increase revenue [from selling baby parts] but we can’t stop them…” Another video has a woman talking about the “financial incentives” of selling aborted baby body parts.
  • The 11th video: catches a Texas Planned Parenthood abortionist planning to sell the intact heads of aborted babies for research. Amna Dermish is caught on tape describing an illegal partial-birth abortion procedure to terminate living, late-term unborn babies which she hopes will yield intact fetal heads for brain harvesting.
  • The 12th video in the series shows new footage of Jennefer Russo, medical director at Planned Parenthood in Orange County, California, describing to undercover investigators how her abortion business tries to harvest intact aborted babies’ bodies for a local for-profit biotech company and changes the abortion procedure to do so.
  • The 13th video: exposes a Planned Parenthood medical director admitting that babies born alive after abortion are sometimes killed.
  • The 14th video: catches Planned Parenthood executives discussing gruesome abortion procedures and the sale of body parts from aborted babies for profit.

Report: Hunter Biden and associates are under active criminal investigation

Hunter Biden and associates are under active criminal investigation
Hunter Biden and associates are under active criminal investigation

By Rusty Weiss

An official at the Department of Justice (DOJ) has confirmed the existence of an active criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, son of Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, and his associates.

According to a source within the DOJ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened the investigation in 2019.

The probe is focused on allegations of money laundering and remains open to this day.

Sinclair investigative reporter James Rosen, who also interviewed Tony Bobulinksi, the former business associate of Hunter Biden, provided the bombshell revelation.

Rosen’s report “suggests that former vice president Joe Biden knew more than he has acknowledged about his son’s overseas dealings.”

Criminal Investigation Into Hunter Biden And Associates Is Still Active

Rosen interviewed Bobulinski, who has already provided a wealth of bombshell allegations against the former Vice President and his son.

Bobulinski claimed that the elder Biden is, in fact, “the big guy” mentioned in an email discussing proposed equity splits in a deal with a Chinese energy firm.

He also claims Biden discussed business dealings with his son – something the former veep has repeatedly denied – and suggested the Democrat nominee for President is compromised by the Chinese Communist Party.

I can only imagine to the extent that the Chinese communist party has information on the Biden family and their business dealings,” Bobulinski told Rosen.

And there’s more, he asserted.

There are, according to Bobulinski, “other business dealings that occurred in Romania, Khazakstan, Georgia, Monaco and the Middle East, and then obviously topping off in Russia.”

The Biden/China Scandal Isn’t Going Away

As news of the investigation is covered exclusively in right-leaning media outlets, with mainstream giants ignoring it, it’s important to note that some of Hunter Biden’s business partners are already in jail. Earlier this month the Wall Street Journal reported that Devon Archer, who served with Hunter on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, had a conviction reinstated on fraud and conspiracy charges.

Another Hunter Biden associate, Jason Galanis, worked with Hunter and Archer to set up bank accounts to help a Russian billionaire launder money into the U.S.

Galanis is in jail.

When confronted on Biden’s alleged pay-to-play scheme with China – an unsubstantiated claim of yet, though whose evidence is consistently mounting – the campaign’s national press secretary, Jamal Brown, twice refused to issue a denial, instead claiming they would not focus on a “smear campaign.”

Look, we’re not going to waste any seconds on this smear campaign,” Brown said.

It’s another distraction. We’re going to keep our eyes on the prize.”

The ‘prize’ being capturing the White House on Tuesday.

With days left before America chooses the next President of the United States, it would seem important for the average voter to know whether or not they’re putting a man knee-deep in corruption back in power.

Secretary Pompeo participates in a signing ceremony of the Geneva Consensus Declaration

U.S. Department of State

Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo participates in a Signing Ceremony of the Geneva Consensus Declaration with Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II, at the Department of Health and Human Services, on October 22, 2020.

Under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo, the U.S. Department of State leads America’s foreign policy through diplomacy, advocacy, and assistance by advancing the interests of the American people, their safety and economic prosperity. On behalf of the American people we promote and demonstrate democratic values and advance a free, peaceful, and prosperous world.

United States Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo was sworn in as the 70th U.S. Secretary of State on April 26, 2018. The Secretary of State, appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate, is the President’s chief foreign affairs adviser. The Secretary carries out the President’s foreign policies through the State Department, which includes the Foreign Service, Civil Service and U.S. Agency for International Development.

Geneva Consensus Declaration

Michael R. Pompeo, Secretary of State

SECRETARY AZAR:  Thank you very much, Valerie.  And because we’re socially distanced today, I and other speakers will be removing our face coverings while we are here at the podium.

Fellow ministers and distinguished guests, it is both a privilege and a high point of my tenure as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to co-host today’s virtual signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration.  I am honored to be joined in marking this important occasion by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and together we bring greetings and appreciation from President Trump, who has praised this initiative on numerous occasions and repeatedly fought for its ideals in global fora.  We wish we could be together in person to celebrate this historic achievement, but we’re grateful for your participation virtually.  As today’s gathering reflects, even during COVID-19, we can find safe and creative ways to keep our important work moving forward.

In signing the declaration today, the United States is honored to stand alongside Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, and Uganda – the cross-regional co-sponsors for the declaration.  We’re humbled by the support of the 32 nations who today are signing the declaration.

Today is not the last chance that nations have to sign on to this document.  We invite other countries to join this effort in the coming months and years.  I hope you will also join us next year for the Global Women’s Health Summit, where we will forge a new path forward to improve the lives of women across the globe.  The same goals that underpin today’s ceremonial signing of that will inform the work of that summit.

The Geneva Consensus Declaration is an historic document stating clearly where we as nations stand on women’s health, the family, honoring life, and defending national sovereignty.  The declaration is much more than a statement of beliefs; it is a critical and useful tool to defend these principles across all United Nations bodies and at every multilateral setting using language previously agreed to by member-states of those bodies.

I want to briefly recount how far we have come in getting to this point.  Our growing partnership began about a year and a half ago when, thanks to the leadership of Garrett Grigsby and Valerie Huber, who I am privileged to work with here at HHS, and our colleagues at the State Department, nine countries came together on a joint statement at the 2019 World Health Assembly in Geneva to rally around these priorities.

Later that fall at the UN General Assembly, 21 countries communicated their support in another joint statement for, quote, “programs to improve the health, life, dignity, and well-being of women, men, children, and families,” and asked that, quote, “the UN, including UN agencies, focus on concrete efforts that enjoy broad consensus among member-states,” rather than introducing concepts for which there will never be consensus.

These statements brought badly needed attention to a disturbing trend.  With increasing frequency, some rich nations and UN agencies beholden to them are wrongly asserting abortion as a universal human right.  These efforts pressure countries to institute progressive abortion laws or risk losing global funding or standing in international fora.  Tragically, women around the world unnecessarily suffer health challenges – all too often deadly health challenges – while too many wealthy nations and international institutions put a myopic focus on a radical agenda that is offensive to many cultures and derails agreement of women’s health priorities.

Today we put down a clear marker.  No longer can UN agencies reinterpret and misinterpret agreed-upon language without accountability.  Member-states set the policy for the UN to pursue, not the other way around.  Without apology, we affirm that governments have the sovereign right to make their own laws to protect innocent life and write their regulations on abortion.  The stakes are too high to permit radical, divisive agendas to hinder the ability of women in countries at all stages of development to attain better health.  Today’s Geneva Consensus Declaration builds upon last year’s joint statements for formalizing our work together to defend these critical values.  Our coalition will hold multilateral organizations accountable.

We will denounce these organizations when they overstep their mandates by promoting positions that can never gain consensus.  We will unequivocally declare that there is no international right to abortion.  We will proudly put women’s health first at every stage of life.

This declaration agreed to by a coalition representing every region on Earth and more than 1.6 billion human beings is a new and powerful tool in this noble and lifesaving effort.  Countries represented today are diverse in geography, size, culture, religion, and ethnicity.  We are bound in a powerful way by our common goals.  Today we commit to work together until we accomplish each of our shared goals – for women and girls, for families, for life in all stages of development, and the sovereignty of each of our nations.

It’s difficult to win these battles alone, but together we are stronger, and together we can deliver for women, girls, and all the nations and peoples we represent.

It’s now my tremendous pleasure to introduce the Secretary of State for the United States, my good friend Mike Pompeo, a key leader and ally on all of these efforts, to offer some remarks.  Thank you, Secretary Pompeo, for being here, and thank you for leading these historic efforts.

SECRETARY POMPEO:  Well, good morning, everyone.

It’s an incredible privilege to be here today to co-host along with my good friend Secretary Alex Azar.  Alex and I both share a deep and very personal commitment to protect human dignity.  Our agencies have worked tirelessly together.  I want to thank Assistant Secretary Pam Pryor and the HHS team for their remarkable work.

This is a culmination of lots of hard work – a chance to celebrate, too, for these joint efforts.

Secretary Azar opened these – this ceremony with some background on what we’ve accomplished prior to this point.

It’s true what he said:  Under President Trump’s leadership, the United States has defended the dignity of human life everywhere and always.  He has done it like no other president in history.  We’ve mounted an unprecedented defense of the unborn abroad.

In front of world leaders at the 2019 United Nations General Assembly, President Trump said, quote, “We in America believe that every child – born and unborn – is a sacred gift from God.”

During our administration, U.S. taxpayer dollars will never go to foreign nongovernmental organizations that perform or actively promote abortion as a method of family planning.

We are also at the State Department fully applying the law prohibiting the use of department funds to lobby on abortion.

Last year, Secretary Azar and I sent a letter to likeminded nations asking for their support in advancing human dignity on the world stage.

The result of that was that we delivered 20 of them to prepare a joint statement to decry pro-abortion language in UN documents.  Together, these nations said clearly there simply is no international right to abortion.

Today, we’re taking the next step, as we sign the Geneva Consensus Declaration.  At its very core, the declaration protects women’s health, defends the unborn, and reiterates the vital importance of the family as the foundation of society.

The declaration restates that “there is no international right to an abortion.” It goes even further, affirming that every country has its own sovereign right to determine its own laws with respect to abortion.  We say clearly, quote, “There is no international obligation on the part of states to finance or facilitate abortion.”  End of quote.

But perhaps most importantly – perhaps most importantly, the declaration reaffirms “the inherent dignity and worth” of every human being by emphasizing that every human being has the fundamental right to human life.  Indeed, this is what the American founders knew so clearly.  It’s what we’re upholding here today, that legacy.

It’s historic to be here.  It’s the first time that a multilateral coalition has been built around the issue of defending life.

Some 32 nations have now signed this document, five of them co-sponsoring with the United States: Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, and Uganda.  Together, we represent every major region of the world.

It’s a group of countries that respects life, and the U.S. is proud to stand with each and every one of them.

By signing this declaration today, we’re doing more than just signing on, agreeing on the importance of these issues.  We are making a commitment to work together at the United Nations and in other international settings to achieve tangible results.  I am confident that we will.

I’m truly proud of the work that our teams have done, the multilateral backing that we’ve achieved, and the momentum that we have built.

And as we sign this very explicit declaration today, may its moral clarity embolden others to admire our stand and, indeed, to join our cause.

And now, Secretary Azar, back over to you to introduce our co-sponsors today.

SECRETARY AZAR:  Thank you, Secretary Pompeo.  Today’s event is the most significant to date of countries coming together to stand up for the health of women and families, to champion protecting life at all stages, and to defend national sovereignty when it comes to enacting laws on these critical issues.  And it’s significant for another important reason: the broad co-sponsorship of the declaration and today’s event by countries spanning all the major regions of the world.

Over the past months, it’s been an honor to work with Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, and Uganda at various events related to these issues of great consequence.  Today’s shared leadership demonstrates a new level of commitment for our respective governments.  It also demonstrates our combined strength and resolve.

I’m so gratified that senior leaders from the five co-sponsoring countries are with us right now virtually.  I’m also very pleased that ministers from each of these countries submitted a prerecorded message detailing why today is important and how the declaration’s tenets fit squarely within the policy priorities for their countries.

Representing Brazil are Ambassador Ernesto Araujo, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and her Excellency Damares Alves, Minister of Women, Family and Human Rights.

Representing Egypt is Her Excellency Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population.

Representing Hungary is Her Excellency Katalin Novak, Minister for Family.

Representing Indonesia is His Excellency Terawan, Minister of Health.

And representing Uganda is the Honorable Jane Ruth Aceng, Minister for Health.

Please listen carefully to these messages from our colleagues.  They have an important story to tell.

(Video was played.)

SECRETARY POMPEO:  And now for the highlight of today’s gathering, the ceremonial signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration.

On October 22, 2020, this coalition of nations commits to stand together to support the improvement of women’s health, the family as a foundational – as foundational to every strong society, the protection of life, and the sovereign right of every nation to make their own laws governing abortion.

Further, we commit to working together until UN agencies work exclusively within their mandates, and all nations prioritize the pillars of this declaration.

And now, Secretary Azar will read the Geneva Consensus Declaration in full.

SECRETARY AZAR:  We will now read the Geneva Consensus Declaration.

On promoting women’s health and strengthening the family, we, ministers and high representatives of governments, having intended to gather on the margins of the 2020 World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland to review progress made and challenges to uphold the right to the highest attainable standards of health for women, to promote women’s essential contribution to health and strength of the family and of a successful and flourishing society, and to express the essential priority of protecting the right to life, committing to coordinated efforts in multilateral fora.  Despite our inability to meet in Geneva due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, in solidarity, we:

One, reaffirm all are equal before the law and human rights of women are an inalienable, integral, and indivisible part of all human rights and fundamental freedoms.

Two, emphasize the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil liberties and political rights as well as economic, social, and cultural rights, and equal rights opportunities and access to resources and equal sharing of responsibilities for the family by men and women, and a harmonious partnership between them are critical to their well-being and that of their families, and that women and girls must enjoy equal access to quality education, economic resources, and political participation as well as equal opportunities with men and boys for employment, leadership, and decision making at all levels.

Three, reaffirm the inherent dignity and worth of the human person, that every human being has the inherent right to life, and the commitment to enable women to go safely through pregnancy and childbirth and provide couples with the best chance of having a healthy infant.

Four, emphasize that in no case should abortion be promoted as a method of family planning and that any measures or changes related to abortion within the health system can only be determined at the national or local level, according to the national legislative process; reaffirm that the child needs special safeguards and care before as well as after birth, and special measures of protection and assistance should be taken on behalf of all children based on the principle of the best interest of the child.

Five, reaffirm that the family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the state, that motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance, that women play a critical role in the family and women’s contribution to the welfare of the family and to the development of society.

Six, recognize that universal health coverage is fundamental for achieving the sustainable development goals related not only to health and well-being, with further recognition that health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, that the predominant focus of healthcare systems on treating illness rather than maintaining optimal health also prevents a holistic approach, and that there are needs that exist at different stages in an individual’s lifespan, which together support optimal health across the life course, entailing the provision of the necessary information, skills, and care for achieving the best possible health outcomes and reaching full human potential.

And seven, reaffirm the importance of national ownership and the primary role and responsibility of governments at all levels to determine their own path towards achieving universal health coverage in accordance with national context and priorities, preserving human dignity and all the rights and freedoms set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Furthermore, we the representatives of our sovereign nations do hereby declare a mutual friendship and respect, our commitment to work together to: ensure the full enjoyment of all human rights and equal opportunity for women at all levels of political, economic, and public life; improve and secure access to health and development gains for women, including sexual and reproductive health, which must always promote optimal health, the highest obtainable standard of health, without including abortion; reaffirm that there was no international right to abortion or any international obligation on the part of states to finance or facilitate abortion consistent with the longstanding international consensus that each nation has the sovereign right to implement programs and activities consistent with their laws and policies; build our health system capacity and mobilize resources to implement health and development programs that address the needs of women and children in situations of vulnerability and advance universal health coverage; advance supportive public health policies for women and girls as well as families, including building our healthcare capacity and mobilizing resources within our own countries, bilaterally and in multilateral fora; support the role of the family as foundational to society and as a source of health, support, and care; and engage across the UN system to realize these universal values, recognizing that individually we are strong but together we are stronger.

That concludes the declaration.  Secretary Pompeo will now introduce the co-signing countries.

SECRETARY POMPEO:  Finally, I’d like to recognize the 31 co-signing countries who have joined with us.  This coalition is, indeed, stronger together and the United States is proud to stand with each and every one of you.  Thank you all for your commitment to this noble cause.

MS HUBER:  What a powerful and impressive message from these many co-signing nations.  Thank you, ministers, ambassadors, and other senior officials, for so clearly communicating the significance of today’s virtual gathering.  Many thanks to all the governments who co-signed the Geneva Consensus Declaration.  We are honored to stand alongside you.

My sincere thanks to the co-sponsors of today’s historic event – Brazil, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, Uganda – and of course, our leadership with the United States Government – President Trump, Secretary Azar, and Secretary Pompeo.  And special thanks to all of you who joined for today’s virtual ceremonial signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration, whether you represent a government or are from one of the many NGOs who care so much about the pillars enshrined in this declaration.  Knowing the time zone differences and how busy your schedules are, your attendance is indeed humbling, and it’s a powerful reminder of your commitment to these important goals.

The Geneva Consensus Declaration is not the end of this effort but a key milestone in the journey that will generate more support across the world.  We invite other countries to join, so the declaration will remain open for additional co-signers.  And I look forward to seeing all of you, hopefully in person, next year in Geneva as we gather for the Global Women’s Health Summit.

And so we will end today’s gathering as it began, by again playing the short video that reminds us what brought us together in solidarity for the health of our civilizations, our nations, our families, and all of our children, because they are all dependent upon the health of our women and our girls.

But before we play that video, I want you to know that the Trump administration commits that with your help we will continue to build this international coalition, because each of us is strong but together we are stronger.

Thank you for your support, your partnership, and participation, and God bless you all.

Exclusive source revealed – How parts of The Intelligence Community are working against President Trump

The Intelligence Community are working against President Trump
The Intelligence Community are working against President Trump

By AND Magazine Staff

Last week AND Magazine brought you an exclusive story involving yet more dimensions of the Russian Spygate story. Our exclusive source provided information on Intelligence Community (IC) plans which actually considered not allowing Donald J. Trump to be inaugurated. Yes, the IC considered never transferring power to a duly elected president.

Information uncovered within the last few days by AND Magazine adds significantly to our understanding of the scope of the conspiracy and suggests strongly that subsequent to the election of Donald Trump there was serious consideration given to simply not transferring power to the President-Elect.

According to a former senior Department of Defense official interviewed by AND Magazine, in the wake of Donald Trump’s “surprise” victory in November 2016, a National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) was rushed through pushing the false Russian collusion narrative and asserting as the judgment of the Intelligence Community as a whole that the Russians had not only interfered in the election but had done so in order to assist Donald Trump and help him become President. We have known for some time that this NIE was drafted, what we now know is considerably more about the highly unusual way in which it was drafted.

AND Magazine, Sam Faddis, Senior Editor

AND Magazine’s Senior Editor – Charles “Sam” Faddis – revealed AND’s source during an interview with Frank Gaffney on “Securing America.” Also discussed were the IC’s continued “cooking of the books” in terms of attempting to sell the story that the entire IC agreed on the Russian Collusion story. In fact, it turns out that a very small group of senior members of the IC were involved in creating this “narrative.”

That source has now stepped forward. He is COL (Ret.) John Mills, the Former Director, Cybersecurity Policy, Strategy, and International Affairs, Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Mills spells out how the IC considered never allowing the duly-elected president to ever take office.

Another issue raised during Faddis’ interview with Gaffney is how we are now being told that the Iranians and Russians are attempting to interfere in the 2020 election while most of the media attempts to ignore a growing story on the Biden family’s involvement with China in particular.

Trump announces Israel-Sudan peace deal, has call with Netanyahu, Sudan leaders

Breakthrough is 3rd Israeli accord with Arab states in weeks; Netanyahu hails ‘a new world’; Palestinians denounce another ‘stab in the back’

WASHINGTON — US President Donald Trump announced Friday that Sudan has agreed to make peace with Israel, making it the third Arab state to normalize ties as part of US-brokered deals since August.

During a call with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Sudan Sovereign Council president General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, Trump brought reporters into the Oval Office and announced: “The State of Israel and the Republic of Sudan have agreed to make peace.

A senior Trump aide, Judd Deere, said that Sudan and Israel “have agreed to the normalization of relations.”

Trump said Sudan had demonstrated a commitment to battling terrorism. “This is one of the great days in the history of Sudan,” Trump said, adding that Israel and Sudan have been in a state of war for decades.

It is a new world,” Netanyahu said over the phone as Trump took questions from the White House press corps in the Oval Office. “We are cooperating with everyone. Building a better future for all of us.”

We are expanding the circle of peace so rapidly with your leadership,” Netanyahu could be heard telling Trump, who responded by saying. “There are many, many more coming.”

I do see an enthusiasm from most countries in the world, from most people in the world across the political divide. Yeah, Iran is unhappy, Hezbollah is unhappy, Hamas is unhappy, but most every body else is very happy,” he said.

Trump was asked whether Israeli and Sudanese leaders would be invited to Washington for a signing ceremony akin to the one held last month with Netanyahu along with the foreign ministers of the UAE and Bahrain after those respective countries agreed to normalize ties with the Jewish state.

We will have them along with some other countries that you’ll be hearing about coming, probably simultaneously,” Trump responded. “Then ultimately we’re going to have a big reunion at the end where everybody’s here and everybody’s gonna be signed. We expect Saudi Arabi is going to be one of those countries.”

Trump also was heard taking a dig at Joe Biden, his opponent in the November election saying: “Do you think Sleepy Joe could have made this deal, Bibi?

Uh… one thing I can tell you is we appreciate the help for peace from anyone in America,” Netanyahu replied.

Netanyahu remained on the line as reporters continued asking questions. One of them asked for his thoughts on Trump’s prediction that Iran would be included in a broader regional peace deal stemming from the recent normalization agreements.

Netanyahu paused for a moment before responding. “Well… I spoke in the American Congress, I didn’t say I was opposed to any deal, I said I was opposed to that deal,” he said, referencing his 2015 address to a joint session of Congress during which he harangued the Obama-negotiated Iran nuclear deal.

I think that if a new deal is offered…it would be welcome. I think that will only happen if Iran faces strong opposition to its aggression of the kind [pushed] by you Mr. President. If you’re soft with Iran, you’re not going to get peace with Iran. If you’re strong against Iran and prevent it from achieving nuclear weapons then I think they might come around to a better deal,” he added.

As the call was ongoing, PLO official Wasel Abu Youssef released a statement calling the agreement “a new stab in the back for the Palestinians,” while Hamas called it a “step in the wrong direction.”

The deal with Sudan will include aid and investment from Israel, particularly in technology and agriculture, along with further debt relief. It comes as Sudan and its transitional government teeter on the edge. Thousands have protested in the country’s capital Khartoum and other regions in recent days over dire economic conditions.

In a video statement released shortly after the announcement, Netanyahu said Israeli and Sudanese teams would soon meet for talks on “wide-ranging cooperation, including agriculture, trade and other sectors important to our citizens.”

Netanyahu also said that Sundanese airspace was now open for Israeli flights, which would shorten journeys from Israel to Africa and South America.

Sudan’s civilian prime minister, Abdulla Hamdok, thanked Trump on Twitter without mentioning recognition of Israel — a step he had earlier said he was not empowered to take.

We’re working closely with the US administration & Congress to conclude the SSTL removal process in a timely manner,” Hamdok said, referring to the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

“From 3 NO’s to 3 YES’s,” tweeted Israel’s ambassador to the US Ron Dermer. “In 1967, the Arab world infamously declared in Sudan’s capital no recognition, no negotiation and no peace with Israel. Today, Sudan joins the UAE and Bahrain as the 3rd Arab country to make peace with Israel in 2020.”

Recently, the United States brokered diplomatic pacts between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. Jordan recognized Israel in the 1990s, while Egypt was the first to sign a peace deal in 1979.

Netanyahu has made it a priority to forge ties with formerly hostile countries in Africa and the Arab world in the absence of any progress with the Palestinians during his more than a decade in office. The deal also is aimed at unifying Arab countries against their common adversary, Iran.

These recent recognitions of Israel have undermined the traditional Arab consensus that there can be no normalization with Israel before the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. The Palestinians say the recognitions amount to betrayal, while Israel says the Palestinians have lost what they have seen as their “veto” over regional peace efforts.

Trump earlier on Friday signed a waiver to remove Khartoum from the State Department’s blacklist of state terror sponsors.

That move was initially announced by Sudan’s ruling body, which called the step a “historic day for Sudan and its glorious revolution.”

President Donald J. Trump has informed Congress of his intent to formally rescind Sudan’s designation as a State Sponsor of Terrorism,” the White House said. “Today represents a momentous step forward in the United States-Sudan bilateral relationship and marks a pivotal turning point for Sudan, allowing for a new future of collaboration and support for its ongoing and historic democratic transition,”

Trump announced his intention to sign the waiver on Monday, saying he would go through with the move after Sudan followed through on its pledge to deliver $335 million to compensate American victims of past terror attacks and their families. Sudan transferred the funds the next day.

The money is meant for victims of the 1998 bombings of US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania by the al-Qaeda network while its leader, Osama bin Laden, was living in Sudan.

“By finally serving justice for the American people, President Trump was able to achieve what previous presidents could not – the resolution of longstanding claims of victims of the East Africa embassy bombings, the attack on the USS Cole, and the murder of USAID employee John Granville,” the White House said. “This is a significant achievement for the President and his Administration and brings a measure of closure to many to whom it has long been out of reach.”

Sudan’s presence on the terror list — along with Iran, North Korea and Syria — subjects it to crippling economic sanctions and limits the impoverished country’s access to international credit.

Congress now has 45 days to approve the measure.

Sudanese officials confirmed on Thursday that a senior US-Israeli delegation flew to Sudan on a private jet on Wednesday to wrap up the deal that would make Sudan the third Arab country to normalize ties with Israel this year.

Amid claims that a deal with Sudan could be announced within days, two government sources who spoke with Reuters said Hamdok has agreed, in principle, to normalize ties but not immediately — conditioning the move on ratification by a still non-existent transitional parliament.

Sudan is on a fragile path to democracy after a popular uprising last year led the military to overthrow longtime autocrat Omar al-Bashir. A military-civilian government rules the country, with elections possible in late 2022.

It remains unclear when a transitional parliament will be formed amid negotiations between the civilian and military parts of the transitional government.

Netanyahu and Burhan in February held a landmark meeting in Uganda.

While Sudan does not have the influence or wealth of the Gulf Arab countries, a deal with the African country would be deeply significant for Israel.

Sudan hosted a landmark Arab League conference after the 1967 Six-Day War where eight Arab countries approved the “three ‘no’s”: no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel and no negotiations.

In 1993, the US designated Sudan a state sponsor of terrorism, in part for its support of anti-Israel terror groups, including Hamas and Hezbollah. Under al-Bashir, Sudan was believed to have served as a pipeline for Iran to supply weapons to Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip. Israel was believed to have been behind airstrikes in Sudan that destroyed a weapons convoy in 2009 and a weapons factory in 2012.

For its part, The Brookings Institute, a Washington-based think-tank, warned recently that the debate about Israel ties “has ignored the fragility of Sudan’s political transition.”

It warned that “if normalization is seen as resulting from exploitation of Sudan’s economic and humanitarian desperation, it will be even more polarizing among the public [and] accelerate the erosion of support for the transition.”

Trump calls Biden family ‘criminal enterprise’ as crowd chants ‘lock him up’ at Nevada rally

Trump tells reporter he’s a ‘criminal’ for not reporting Hunter Biden story

By Yael Halon

‘As far as I’m concerned, the Biden family is a criminal enterprise,’ Trump said.

President Trump railed against Democratic nominee Joe Biden‘s “criminal enterprise” family at a Nevada rally on Sunday, as loud chants of “lock him up” broke out in the crowd.

Did you see what’s happening with Biden? He’s a corrupt politician,” Trump said in Carson City, Nevada on Sunday night.

When one supporter yelled “lock her up” in an apparent reference to Hillary Clinton, Trump stopped and corrected, “no, lock him up.”

Joe Biden is and always has been a corrupt politician,” Trump declared. “He always has been. And as far as I’m concerned, the Biden family is a criminal enterprise. It really is.”

Trump fired several shots at his 2020 Democratic opponent in his speech Sunday, during which he repeatedly praised the New York Post for their explosive report detailing allegedly corrupt business deals by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

At one point, Trump appeared to mock Biden for urging him to “listen to the scientists” in his handling of the coronavirus pandemic, telling the crowd, that “If I listened to the scientists, we would have a country right now that would be in a massive depression.

“Now,” Trump added, “We’re like a rocketship. Look at the [economic] numbers.”

Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates responded to the president’s remarks late Sunday, telling Fox News in a statement that “Donald Trump tanked the strong economy he inherited from the Obama-Biden Administration by continually discounting and attacking warnings from the scientific and medical experts working around the clock to save lives.”

“Now,” Bates said, “new coronavirus cases are surging and layoffs are rising. If Donald Trump had listened to Joe Biden when he urged him not to trust the Chinese government over his own scientific advisers about this crisis, he wouldn’t be the worst jobs president since 1929.”

Trump returned to the campaign trail last Saturday after recovering from the coronavirus, which required a three-day hospital stay at Walter Reed Medical Center.

Criminal conspiracy to overthrow the Trump administration

By SOTN Political Analyst

There are countless other co-conspirators in this extremely complex criminal conspiracy to overthrow the Trump administration.  Loretta Lycnch, Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew Weissman, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Bill Priestap, Stefan Halper, Joseph Mifsud, Christopher Steele are just a few of the many other career criminals who subversively used their offices within the U.S. Federal Government to carry out a soft coup against President Trump.

What else needs to be said: all of these hardcore criminal co-conspirators are guilty of attempting to collapse the government of the United States of America.  After years of in-depth investigation, all of the hard evidence currently points to myriad acts of treason and sedition on the part of the aforementioned coup plotters.

The gravity of treasonous activity and seditious schemes calls for nothing short of the death penalty as the relevant statutes from the U.S. Code posted below indicates.

KEY POINT: Why treason?  Because the coup against Trump is being directed by the ubiquitous British Intelligence Community. (See: CROWNGATE: THE GREATEST CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY IN U.S. HISTORY)  It’s also being run out of London to insulate the American co-conspirators from the revolutionary decision-making process.

Conclusion

The American people have been witnessing a capital crime spree in broad daylight and in real time up being systematically carried out to destroy this nation.

The treacherous perpetrators literally feel they are immune to any type of prosecution as demonstrated by their ongoing coup d’état.

In view of this indisputable fact of life in America today, it’s incumbent upon the U.S. citizenry to apprehend these dangerous criminals and unindicted co-conspirators before they are successful in overthrowing the United States Government.

Exclusive: Coup plotters considered never allowing Trump to be inaugurated

The Deep State against the President Donald Trump

By Charles “Sam” Faddis

An exclusive report based on a senior Department of Defense official’s account – the coup plotters considered never transferring power to the President-elect of the United States of America.

Recent revelations, including the declassification of key documents, have effectively ended any speculation about what really transpired in 2016 and 2017 in regard to Donald Trump and spurious allegations of Russian collusion. The story was a fabrication. None of it was ever true. There really was a conspiracy, and we really did witness the first attempted coup in American history.

An NIE is supposed to represent the consensus of the Intelligence Community (IC). It is created in a lengthy collaborative process involving working-level analysts and experts. Only when the final version is effectively agreed upon and hammered out, does the document make is way to agency heads for final approval.

Such was not the case with this NIE. According to the senior official interviewed, this NIE was written by CIA Director Brennan, FBI Director Comey, and DNI Clapper. All work on the NIE was done at the Top Secret level with only a handful of individuals having access to what was written. Objections to the conclusions reached were dismissed summarily on the basis that Mr. Brennan, Mr. Comey, and Mr. Clapper had personally written the NIE findings and recommendations and would handle all inter-agency input themselves.

In short, the conclusions had been preordained. There was no room for discussion.

Circa November 10, 2016, the senior official speaking to AND Magazine received a phone call in his office at the Pentagon on a secure phone. The call was from the Department of Defense Under-Secretary’s office that coordinated attendance and participation in inter-agency meetings at the White House. The call concerned planning for a short fuse, inter-agency meeting at the White House. It was explained that a new committee was being formed to finalize and establish the timeline and storyline connecting Russia with the election of President Trump. The senior official speaking to AND Magazine had been named to be part of this new committee.

During this phone call, it was explained to AND’s source that one of the committee’s taskings was to develop a plan to delay and/or reschedule the inauguration. While the official to whom the call was made ultimately deliberately avoided attending committee meetings, he did see subsequent Top Secret email traffic that showed significant inter-agency discussion of the possibility of not proceeding as scheduled with the transfer of power.

At some point, this idea appears to have been dropped in favor of proceeding with the strategy of creating an impeachment narrative, but for months apparently there was significant discussion of the possibility of simply not handing over the Presidency to Donald Trump.

This same committee likely prepared the read ahead for the infamous January 5, 2017 meeting in the White House, which formally endorsed the impeachment narrative. Present at that meeting were President Obama, Vice-President Biden, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, CIA Director Brennan, DNI Clapper, FBI Director Comey, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.

During this timeframe AND’s source was also directly involved with the so-called Five Eyes intelligence-sharing agreement involving NSA, its British counterpart GCHQ, and other allied nations. The source saw directly that there was a significant spike in “end-around” intel sharing between GCHQ and NSA during this time period. The term “end-around” is a reference to the practice, officially not sanctioned, of using foreign intelligence services to collect intelligence on American targets and thereby evade the legal restrictions on doing so that control NSA and other U.S. intelligence agencies. In many cases, this was done by simply having British GCHQ personnel print hard copies of reports and then simply “leave them” on a tabletop in a common NSA/GCHQ work environment where they would be “discovered” by NSA personnel.

The increase in the amount of this “end-around” reporting coincided precisely with the timeframe in which we now know law enforcement and intelligence agencies focused their attention on members of the Trump campaign. Given that fact, it is at a minimum highly suspicious and more than possible that this mechanism was being employed to help with what we now know to be politically motivated targeting by individuals associated with Donald Trump, his campaign, and his incoming administration.

For at least three years we were fed the lie that Donald Trump was in bed with the Kremlin and deserved to be removed from office on that basis. His election was illegitimate. He was a real-life “Manchurian Candidate.”

When that was exposed as a lie, the backers of the original narrative shifted gears. The whole matter should probably just be dropped. To the extent there was any “wrongdoing” it concerned the misconduct of a handful of “overzealous” mid-level personnel. “Change some regulations. Tighten some procedures. Move on.”

All of that is a lie too. Every day we see additional evidence that makes that crystal clear. When we have reached the point where an outgoing President and his subordinates are seriously planning not to hand over power to the President-Elect, we are standing on the precipice. This is no longer about partisan politics. This is about the very real possibility of losing our democracy.

The Romans went for centuries living in a democratic system based on the rule of law. They woke up one day to discover that they lived in an empire and that powerful forces in the capital city made the call regarding who their Emperor was. We may be far closer to that day than we realize.

Poll: The shy Trump vote is bigger this year…and who falls into this category should terrify Democrats

Trump and not Biden, has helped make black lives great

By Matt Vespa

I’ll say it again, folks. The polling is screwed. It’s skewed. It’s a mess. Either we’re right to be highly skeptical and Trump wins an Electoral College landslide, or the pollsters are right and we’re heading for Armageddon come Election Day. Still, the oversampling of Democrats, college-educated voters, and suburban Republicans hostile to Trump should bring a ton of scrutiny. The reluctance from some of these clown firms to switch to likely voter samples is also suspect. We’re not going to have a 2008 or 2012 electorate. For starters, a new Hill-Harris poll noted that young Americans are not excited about this election at all. They’re not planning on voting. Gallup is reporting the youth interest in voting this cycle has hit its lowest levels since 2000. That’s in keeping with the results from Democracy Institute’s Patrick Basham, whose polling data, which has been mentioned in The Washington Times and Forbes, suggests there will be one million fewer young people voting this cycle.

JUST OUT: Hill-Harris X research documents that Younger Voters are not excited about this election. Note one of their Headlines:

“Hill-Harris X Research Shows Younger Voters Are Consistently More Likely to Say They Do Not Plan to Vote…”

Basham spoke with Joseph Cotto about his new data. PollWatch had a good thread summarizing the interview. Democracy Institute’s poll had a sample size of 1,500 likely voters, where Trump leads Joe Biden by one point. He also noted that the “shy Trump” vote is very much alive and will be bigger this time. Suburban white women and urban black women are the two groups that are most likely to fall into the shy category for the 2020 cycle. That latter part should shake Democrats to their core. And as for Florida, a state that Biden must carry, it could already be out of his reach. Basham notes Trump cannot fall asleep at the wheel, but things are becoming more comfortable for him in the Sunshine State. And based on some recent polling from the state, it looks like the tide has shifted solidly in favor of the president.

1) Nuggets from Joseph Cotto’s interview of Patrick Basham of Democracy Institute. A DI poll showed Trump winning nationally and in the Electoral College:

Basham addressed why Trump’s national lead went from +3 to +1 and why Trump’s Battleground State lead went from +7 to +4. — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

2) It was because Democracy Institute shifted from a 2-way to a 4-way race. He believes some are “parking their votes” with 3rd-party candidates. He senses some of these will move back to Trump or Biden, with more going to Trump. He also thinks more undecideds will go for Trump. — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

3) Believes in the “SHY TRUMP VOTER”:
The shy Trump voter is not only real it is larger than last time.”

Is not just a rural voter under a haystack:
“The shy Trump voter is much more likely to be in fact . . . an African American in an urban setting. A Suburban white woman.” — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

4) “Those are votes for Trump that if they come in are going to surprise people because they are the ones who are least expected to support him.”

There is even a shy Trump vote in MD-7 (Kim Klacik district)

5) On YOUNGER VOTERS:

“We believe . . . there are going to be significantly fewer younger voters.”

“We think there will be at least a million fewer votes from that group in total.” — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

6) OTHER NOTABLES:

Trump is “in very very good shape there [NH].” — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

7) Basham is confident Trump will win Florida. Trump can’t take FL for granted but, “Florida at the moment is bordering on comfortable for Trump.”

He believes Florida is getting beyond Biden’s grasp. — PollWatch (@PollWatch2020) October 7, 2020

8) “There will be a greater number of Trump Democrats in 2020.”

Over the summer, the pollsters at CNN even noted that should Biden fail to retake Florida on election night, his chances of winning the race dip below 50 percent.

Florida is likely going to count its votes fast on Nov 3… Models I look at suggest Biden’s chance of winning the prez if he wins FL is ~95%. It drops below 50% if he loses FL. — (((Harry Enten))) (@ForecasterEnten) August 29, 2020

Some call them shy Trumpers, while others call them “sleepers.” I prefer the latter term, to be honest, but this group, coupled with Trump Democrats, which are said to be in greater numbers this year, is excellent news amid a slew of suppression polls from the liberal media.
