Marine Corps. Rebukes Pelosi: “WE DON’T WORK FOR YOU!”

General David H. Berger, Commandant of the United States Marine Corps., refused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s request to use the Corps. to safeguard Biden’s Jan. 20 inauguration from Trump supporters and insurrectionists.

A Pentagon source speaking under promise of anonymity told Real Raw News that Pelosi contacted Gen. Berger late Monday night, and she beseeched him to commit 5,000 troops to help ensure a peaceful transition of power and to prevent a repeat of the Jan 6 siege of the Capitol. Gen. Berger, our source said, didn’t understand why Pelosi needed additional soldiers to augment an already impressive force assembled by federal and state officials. That force includes 15,000 National Guard from D.C., Delaware, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and an undisclosed number of FBI and DHS agents who arrived in D.C. Sunday night.

Pelosi said she wanted “battle ready” reinforcements because “radicalized Trump supporters and kooky Qanon conspiracy people” were about to converge on D.C. She implored him to reconsider, arguing that it was the general’s patriotic duty to quell uprisings and guarantee Biden’s ascension to the Oval Office.

Her statement made the general explode, our source said.

“Don’t lecture me on patriotism, Madam Speaker. I’ve served this country with distinction for 40 years. I’ve spilled blood for our nation. What have you, a self-serving elected official, done for your country?” Gen. Berger said.

Pelosi further enraged him by saying he was answerable to Congress.

“I answer only to the president, and as I understand it, Donald J. Trump is still president and commander-in-chief. I abide in the Constitution as it was written, not your interpretation of it,” Gen. Berger admonished Pelosi.

Quoting our source, “When her intimidation tactic failed to sway Gen. Berger, Pelosi tried a different tactic: Begging and flattery.”

Pelosi claimed that the National Guard’s “weekend warriors” were ill-prepared to repel an army of “mad Trumpists.” Battle-hardened marines, however, were more capable of defeating “rabble rousers,” she said. “You have the best trained soldiers in the world, and America needs them.”

Gen. Berger was unmoved. The only way Marines would be deployed, he told her, was if President Trump himself issued that order.

“If you want us to help combat his supporters, I suggest you get him on the phone and tell him that. If he orders me to, I will. Otherwise, I suggest you listen really hard to the words escaping your cracked, poisonous lips; they’re tantamount to treason,” Gen. Berger allegedly told her.

How Nancy Pelosi could lose the speakership to Kevin McCarthy

Is karma going to come calling for Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats? I know that it sounds crazy, yet another improbable scenario in a season when our hopes have been dashed repeatedly after hearing predictions that a stolen presidential election would be rectified in the courts. But the scenario that follows is far from impossible, given House rules for voting in person, the tiniest House of Representatives majority (9 votes) in decades, the deep ideological split within the Democrats (downplayed or ignored by the partisan media) and the fading lucidity of Nancy Pelosi.

Mike Lillis and Scott Wong of The Hill point out that

…lawmakers must be present on the House floor to cast their vote for Speaker, precluding the option for members to vote remotely, as many have done throughout the pandemic. [emphasis added]

This differs from the rules under which House members have been voting since COVID became a factor.  Matt Margolis of PJ Media explains:

While House members can vote by proxy due to emergency rules adopted in May to protect members from getting and spreading COVID-19, but, as The Hill reports, “the proxy-voting rule expires with the new Congress, requiring lawmakers to be in the Capitol in person if they want to participate in the Jan. 3 floor vote for Speaker.”

New rules governing the 117th Congress happen after the vote for speaker.

House Democrats have been taking advantage of this proxy-voting rule in significant numbers. On December 18, nearly 90 Democrats voted by proxy.

Lillis and Wong point out that 2 years ago, Pelosi lost the votes of 15 House Democrats, enough to deny her the speakership this time around, and this time there will be defections:

… at least three moderate members of the caucus are already on record saying they don’t intend to vote for Pelosi on Jan. 3: Reps. Conor Lamb (Pa.), Jared Golden (Maine) and Elissa Slotkin (Mich.). 

But the peril of Republicans capturing the Speakership would be based on COVID preventing enough Democrats from showing up to vote in person:

A failure of Pelosi to secure support from half the voting members would, at the very least, throw the process into chaos. In the Democrats’ nightmare scenario, the math could tilt so far in the Republicans’ favor that it yields a GOP Speaker.

“Let’s say, just theoretically, we had six or eight people out with Covid and the Republicans have none. They probably could elect [Kevin] McCarthy,” said Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.), referring to the House GOP leader.   

Lawmakers were reminded of their vulnerability this week, when five more members of the House tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total number of infected lawmakers to at least 35 since the pandemic hit the U.S. roughly a year ago.

With that in mind, Pelosi’s supporters say it’s an outbreak over the holidays — not Democratic detractors — that poses the single greatest threat to Pelosi’s otherwise-expected Speakership victory next month. 

“We’re in a health care crisis, right? No one can get sick. That’s the X-factor here,” said one House Democrat, a Pelosi ally, who spoke anonymously to discuss a sensitive topic. “We need everyone to be healthy. … That’s the big fear.”

Democrats are the party of COVID panic, and that may influence attendance:

… several Democrats have ongoing health concerns unrelated to the coronavirus that have kept them from the Capitol for much of the year. A handful of COVID-19 cases on top of that, some fear, could sink Pelosi’s prospects.  

“COVID is a wild card,” said Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.). “If we have sick members who cannot come back, and we only have a four-vote majority, it throws our entire advent of the 117th Congress in peril — a smooth advent.”

Johnson warned that a chaotic Speaker vote on Jan. 3 would highlight internal party divisions at exactly the wrong time — just two days before a pair of special Senate elections in his home state, which will decide who controls the upper chamber for the next two years. 

Add in the anger simmering on the hard left over Biden not filling his potential cabinet with lefties and the existing tensions between Pelosi and The Squad, and the possibility of Pelosi failing to get a majority increase. Margolis explains:

Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.) believes it’s a real possibility that Republicans could outnumber Democrats for the vote, and the top Republican in the House, Kevin McCarthy, could be elected speaker.

“Let’s say, just theoretically, we had six or eight people out with COVID and the Republicans have none. They probably could elect McCarthy,” Yarmuth told The Hill.

A House Democrat and Pelosi ally who spoke anonymously with The Hill doesn’t deny that a COVID outbreak could sink Pelosi’s chances.

“We’re in a health care crisis, right? No one can get sick. That’s the X-factor here. We need everyone to be healthy… That’s the big fear.”

Another anonymous House Democrat believes Pelosi losing reelection due to absent Democrats is a real possibility. “Obviously, the concern is that with 435 people going all over the country, it’s hard to imagine that not one of us will have the virus on January 3.”

This morning on Fox and Friends, Rep. Elise Sefanik, a very level-headed Republican House member, was taking seriously the possibility that Dems could lose the speakership.

Early January has a lot of potential surprises ahead.

Criminal conspiracy to overthrow the Trump administration

There are countless other co-conspirators in this extremely complex criminal conspiracy to overthrow the Trump administration.  Loretta Lycnch, Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew Weissman, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Bill Priestap, Stefan Halper, Joseph Mifsud, Christopher Steele are just a few of the many other career criminals who subversively used their offices within the U.S. Federal Government to carry out a soft coup against President Trump.

What else needs to be said: all of these hardcore criminal co-conspirators are guilty of attempting to collapse the government of the United States of America.  After years of in-depth investigation, all of the hard evidence currently points to myriad acts of treason and sedition on the part of the aforementioned coup plotters.

The gravity of treasonous activity and seditious schemes calls for nothing short of the death penalty as the relevant statutes from the U.S. Code posted below indicates.

KEY POINT: Why treason?  Because the coup against Trump is being directed by the ubiquitous British Intelligence Community. Conclusion

The American people have been witnessing a capital crime spree in broad daylight and in real time up being systematically carried out to destroy this nation.

The treacherous perpetrators literally feel they are immune to any type of prosecution as demonstrated by their ongoing coup d’état.

In view of this indisputable fact of life in America today, it’s incumbent upon the U.S. citizenry to apprehend these dangerous criminals and unindicted co-conspirators before they are successful in overthrowing the United States Government.

Pelosi and Media spread lie of “peaceful” protests

Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives took to Twitter yesterday to condemn the “tear-gassing” of “peaceful protesters” and to condemn President Donald J. Trump for standing in front of St. John’s Church which was damaged by rioters Monday evening.

Pelosi stated the President was ripping our country “apart” at a “time when our country cries out for unification.” Unfortunately for Pelosi even the Associated Press has debunked the claim that she and many in the media continue to spread that peaceful protestors in Lafayette Park, near the White House, were tear-gassed. U.S. Park Police have denied that tear-gas was used to disperse the crowd, stating that they moved at the crowd because they were beginning to attack their officers.

The U.S. Park Police issued the following statement:

“At approximately 6:33 pm, violent protestors on H Street NW began throwing projectiles including bricks, frozen water bottles and caustic liquids,” the USPP said in a statement. “The protestors also climbed onto a historic building at the north end of Lafayette Park that was destroyed by arson days prior. Intelligence had revealed calls for violence against the police, and officers found caches of glass bottles, baseball bats and metal poles hidden along the street.”

“As many of the protestors became more combative, continued to throw projectiles, and attempted to grab officers’ weapons, officers then employed the use of smoke canisters and pepper balls when protestors did scatter from the area,” the statement said.

So the protestors were apparently not tear-gassed and the USPP stands by its claims that the protestors were not just peaceful – with officers weapons being grabbed, and projectiles including bricks and frozen water bottles being throw.

While Pelosi claims the “protests” have been peaceful nationwide and were peaceful in D.C., the Washington D.C. Police Department has released footage of looting and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in “felony riot acts” that occurred on May 31 and 1 June 2020.

Nationwide the protests have been extremely violent and there has been massive looting and damage to property and businesses. New York City continues to see massive looting and violence. Even a former member of the Obama administration took to Twitter to condemn the violence last night.

In addition to the violence a U.S. Department of Homeland Security officer, Dave Patrick Underwood – an African American male – was killed in the Los Angeles riots. Many other police officers have been injured along with peaceful protestors or innocent bystanders during these demonstrations.

Many folks have taken to social media to protest media claims that the demonstrations have been mostly peaceful..
